After we've confirmed availability and you've made
your decision. Fill in the contract and send it to me with
1/2 the amount of the lodging and cleaning fee. I will
collect the second half at the door when you arrive.

The fee will include the amount for the lodging and a
customary cleaning fee. Your credit card serves as a
damage deposit.

When I get the contract and your deposit, I'll reserve
the dates that you've requested. When your arrival
date is within a week you can expect an email from me
with directions and a way to rendezvous to turn the
keys over to you.
