My family and I welcome you to our site. We have 3 beautiful homes here to provide
you with the most enjoyable vacation in Scottsdale, Phoenix or Arizona.

All the homes are located in Scottsdale one of if not the most elite areas in Phoenix, an
area where everyone comes to play, eat and shop. Phoenix is the 3rd fastest growing
city in the United States and when you come here you must ask yourself why it's #3 and
not #1.

Golf

When it comes to golf, Scottsdale definitely has game. Recently named “America’s Best
Place to Live for Golf” by the Robb Report, Scottsdale is home to nearly 200 area
courses offering layouts that range from the rolling green fairways of traditional course
architecture to the cactus-studded excitement of desert golf designs. Simply put, the
combined quality and quantity of the area’s daily fee golf clubs and courses makes
Scottsdale a “must-visit” destination for the serious golfer. And, if you’re here in
January, be sure to take in some thrilling pro tournament action at The Phoenix Open,
home to The Bird’s Nest, the wildest party stop on the PGA tour. So, come on out and
bring your best game – the game’s best is waiting for you!

Shopping

Shopping in Scottsdale is not for wimps. We’re talking high-energy, leave-no-stone-
unturned, powerhouse shopping. And Scottsdale’s retail destinations are just as varied
and exciting as the treasures you’ll find within their walls. Begin your adventure at
Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Southwest’s largest shopping destination featuring 225
boutiques, galleries and department stores. Next on the list, explore the outstanding
collection of upscale retailers at The Shops at Gainey Village or the unique
neighborhoods of shops in the Downtown Scottsdale Art & Shopping Districts. For a
different experience, try the Italian village-inspired Borgata of Scottsdale or el Pedregal
Festival Marketplace, with architecture fashioned after Old Morocco. Shoppers, start
your engines!

Dining

Sure, Scottsdale is located in the heart of the West. But, we’ve come a long way since
cowboy coffee and beef jerky were considered haute cuisine. The colorful cultures that
give this region its singular flavor have left an indelible mark on Scottsdale's more than
600 restaurants. Here, the influences of Native American, Latin and Western-style
cooking and ingredients have created a mouthwatering mélange of dishes accented by
indigenous and international elements. Lately, even more exotic fare such as Asian-
fusion has arrived on the scene, creating an endless menu of global dimensions. But
don’t worry, if you’re craving a taste of the Old West, we can still whip up a mean
charbroiled steak!

Our Homes

My family and I have bought and furnished beautiful homes so that we can provide folks
with an outstanding recreation time when you visit our area. We want you to come
back. We'll do anything (within reason of course to make your stay with us the best
lodgings and best stay that you can have.

Our 3 homes include 7840 East Fledgling Drive located in the prestigious Greyhawk
area. Greyhawk is just North of the 101 and Scottsdale Blvd exit. It's at the door step of
the high desert. And the Greyhawk community contains the fabulous golf course
Greyhawk club which is 10 minutes from the door of 7840 Fledgling. Please see the

Our 2nd home is at 4861 East Charleston. This home is designed for the southwest
tourist and is just below the desert Ridge shopping, dining and entertainment area.
Paradise Valley golf course would be the closest public course and you can make that
easy in 15 minutes from the Charleston home. See the Charleston page for more
details.

We recently purchased the home at Troon North (1536 East Diamond Cholla). It's a
beautiful house with a heated sauna and pool and a fantastic view of the desert. We are
just starting this project and expect this home to be ready sometime in February. This
will be a gorgeous home to select from. Please stand by.
