FAQ

The Diamond Cholla home is approximately 8 years
new. Both the interior and exterior are immaculate and
ready to move in. In fact my wife and I have debated
whether to take this home and make this our second
home or still put it up for rental. That debate goes on
for a lot of the homes we see in Scottsdale and
particularly the ones we purchased. The residence
contains approximately 1,743 livable square feet. It is
beautifully tiled throughout the house with the
exception of the master and second bedroom which
have an off white carpet. There is a laundry area with
washer and dryer already installed. Attached is a two
car garage. What really attracts people to the house is
the heated pool and sauna in the back along with the
outdoor fire-pit and barbecue. And the best part about
the home is the view. You'll sit in the back have a
magnanimous view of the mountains and desert.

The Rooms

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms and two and a half
bathrooms. The master bedroom is large. From your
bed you could get up and walk through the sliding
door right into your pool area, either for a morning
swim or sauna, afternoon swim , sauna or dinner. It
doesn't get much better than this. The second
bedroom is conveniently faces the front of the house.
The master bedroom has a large walk in closet where
as the second bedroom has a hanging closet. The
master bedroom has a vanity with 2 sinks and
luxurious shower area and the second bedroom uses
a bath located within a couple of feet of the room and
is also a full bath.

Study
Then there is a large den or study. If it were me I'd
make it into a home office. My neighbor who is a lot
more creative has entire room full of model houses
people and cities. She's made a very impressive room.
And if you live in this home you can be as creative as
her or more.

Kitchen
The kitchen is very modern. It's quite large for
grandiose and efficient. There is a large block in the
middle of the kitchen and an overhead pan rack that
together facilitate the cooks job. It makes the kitchen
area an excellent place to make those fabulous meals
and at the same time the kitchen aesthetically is one
of the beautiful center pieces of the home. Also I might
add that the kitchen walls are tiled with a color of the
southwest. It’s a beautiful room.

Family Room
The family room is also quite large and delightful.
There is a mantle that stretches across the entire
room with a niche underneath for TV and sound
system. One can just imagine southwest furniture in
this room to make it comfortable in summer or winter
and it too has a glass door where you can walk out
into the pool area either to swim or just simply sit and
look out into the beautiful colors of the desert. The
family room also has a fire place for those few
moments that you may want to set up a cozy warm
atmosphere.

Pool Sauna and Grill
As I mentioned above the pool area runs along side
the master bedroom and family rooms. There is a
heated pool and sauna and a built in large Grill. The
entire back area or pool area is beautiful because it
faces an unfettered view of the high desert. I can just
imagine on a winters night sitting outside of my house
at the pool , after a swim and looking out into the
desert . What a serene image it is.

The minimum stay at Diamond Cholla is 60 days.
That is a Troon T&C (terms and condition). We would
