The home is 2400 square feet. There are 4 bedrooms
and 3 full baths. There is cable TV, a DVD and VHS
player. They are all part of a surround system with 4
speakers. I have given the word to heat the pool to
my contractor. I’m told that it will take 2 weeks to get
this accomplished. The pool is a gated pool with patio
furniture and a gas grill for cooking and hosting
parties outside. It’s approximately 25 minutes from
SkyPark Airport. And it is just south of 101 and the
Tatum Blvd exit (Desert Ridge Shopping and
Restaurant area)
This house was built in 1998 and I bought it from an
artist who took immaculate care of the place. All of it’
s facilities are up-to-date. The master bedroom has a
King-size bed and it elegantly decorated in rich colors
and it has a direct access to the pool. The master
bedroom has it’s own private bath with an individual
shower and tub. My wife is the interior decorator and
she has placed a lot of candles in the area to give it a
very clean and pleasing scent. And she and my
daughter love to bath in the tub with the candles all
around. This bedroom also has a very large walk-in
closet.
Then there are 2 bedrooms with Queen Size beds
with headboards. They each have a chest and closet
space. They share a full bath between them. The third
bedroom has twin beds in it . Of course you may put
the twins together or leave them separated as they
are. This bedroom has a full bath all to itself. It’s just
to the left as walk in the door.
There is very modern kitchen with new appliances. It
includes all the cookware and dinner sets for host a
party or dinner at the house.
Speaking of walking in the door…. There are 2 family
areas in the house. One is used for sharing
conversation with friends and is furnished with a
sectional that covers two walls and a corner that has
the front of the house behind it. And there is an
accent chair and ottoman in a decorative southwest
look as is the whole house. And just to the right as
you walk in the door is a decorative table for simple
art and style with flowers on it. This room is a perfect
place for stimulating and friendly conversation and
perhaps after dinner or evening drinks. It is stylish
and comfortable.
The second area is an entertainment area. It also has
sectional whose back is to the gated pool in the back.
That couch and love seat are used to either watch a
film on the DVD player or cable TV or listen to music
with the same player that plays either CDs or discs
with mpeg files on it. This entertainment area has a
sound system with 4 speakers and large TV. We’ve
set a chessboard in front of the sectional for those
people that want to be thinking during the evening
but on the other hand I’ve also put several decks of
cards that beside the regular playing cards there is a
deck of old maid and go fish. You decide on which IQ
stimulator you want.
The kitchen and dining area are adjacent. For either
elegant or casual dining the dining area has a waist
high Bistro table and chairs. Today it stands very
elegantly dressed and you may exchange that with
more casual dinnerware in the cabinets. The kitchen
is modern with new appliances. There is a utility
closet , brand new refrigerator, microwave and the
very best of kitchen commodities to create all three
meals of the day.

This property is located about 1 mile south of the Tatum and 101 exit. In Scottsdale almost everywhere you are you can step on a golf course. The closet public course I believe is
the Paradise Valley course that’ would be about 15 minutes or less away from Charleston. This home is also in a perfect place for finding entertainment. To the north at the
freeway exist is Desert Ridge shopping area where many many people go for not just shopping but for entertainment and fine dining. This shopping center has one of the best
steak houses , in my opinion , called the Keg. And then there is the excellent and well known chain called the Macaroni grill that has excellent Italian and southwest dishes. And
there are many more restaurants in almost every directions. To give you an added idea about the area. Marriot has built it’s largest hotel in the world at Desert Ridge and it can be
seen from the freeway. If Marriott hotels thought it was a good place to put their largest hotel, who was I to question their research. I went with the program and it was one of the
reasons why I bought a home in that area.
About ¼ of mile from the Charleston residence is a hiking, biking and equestrian trail. And when you begin to drive North, it’s only about 5 minutes and then you are in high desert
country. Tatum Blvd has all the stores you will need for everyday living and just south of our home on Charleston is Paradise Valley mall. Between Paradise Valley and Desert
Ridge you should be able to find 100% of goods that you may want for daily situations. You shouldn’t have to buy household goods because we furnish it all.
The most elegant stores of Scottsdale are also minutes away , perhaps at the Kierland Commons. Many people from out of town will find the commons a very elegant place to visit
and that can be reached in about 15 minutes.
